Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 2-3 oranges
- 50 g Grana Padano PDO
- 50 g flour
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 bunch sage
- 1 garlic clove
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely grate the Grana Padano PDO and add the juice of 1 or 2 oranges to obtain a smooth but quite liquid mixture.
Cut the chicken breasts into chunks, then coat in the flour.
Lightly fry the garlic clove in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a few sage leaves, add the chicken and brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add a glass of white wine and some slices of orange, continuing cooking over a high heat.
When cooked, pour the orange juice and Grana Padano PDO mixture over the chicken, mixing well, and serve warm.
