On the itinerary:
Garganelli Pasta with Gorgonzola, Fennel and Speck (Garganelli con Gorgonzola, Finocchio e Speck) with gorgonzola from Piedmont and Lombardy.
Cheese Arancini with Parmigiano Reggiano from Emilia-Romagna and Taleggio from Lombardy.
Burrata with Confit Figs in Les Murges, a sub-region of Puglia, where Burrata originates.
And a Margherita Pizza with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP from Campania, in the southwest of the country.
